December Goals

Hello everyone! First December post of 2015, ahh!! There will be some holiday posts coming up that I have planned, so I am super excited about that! Today is going to be my December Goals :) Let's-a-go!

Make the All-State orchestra. As I talked about last post, I'm trying out for this all state orchestra in the middle of the month. This is a huge deal, as I am the youngest person trying out :o I've been working so hard on my pieces, so I hope I get in :)

Post 5 holiday posts. Last year I posted a lot of holiday DIYs and stuff, so I want to do the same this year because everyone seemed to like them :)

Finish 1,2,3,4 Harry Potter books. The last 2 months, I have given myself a challenge. This month AND next month, I will be trying to read all the Harry Potter books again, so that's basically my TBR for this month :P

Pick up sewing again/Sew 2 projects. I have been inspired to re-pick up sewing after my giant sewing hiatus! And we are going to Bangladesh for winter break, so I want to try to sew some gifts for my cousins :)

Finish my novel. This is a bit of a long-stretch but it's sort of a two or three months goal thing xD

Focus more on myself and my health than anything else. I have struggled with this since September, mainly because of my insane challenges that I create for myself. But I have confidence that December will be my chill month, my relaxation before the new year :)

Those are all my goals for this month, let's see which ones I can achieve! I wish you a very joyful December everyone, and I hope you achieve all of your goals this month :)

Thanks for reading,
Noor

  1. Oh I know how that is, stressing myself out with my own self inflicted challenges, glad I'm not alone!
Just so you know, I think you're amazing for setting these goals for yourself!

  2. All-State.... I auditioned for All-State Choir for the first time but didn't get in because the comments that were left on my scoring sheet said that my voice was too "shaky" >.< If you get in, congrats! It's a really great experience! But if not, don't be discouraged; you still have plenty more years to go! :D

    xoxo Morning

  6. Good luck on your goals! I actually just finished re-reading the Harry Potter books, a few days ago! Now, I'm suffering from PRGBS (Post Really Good Book Syndrome).

Hey! Yes you, you're about to leave a comment, why thank you! Just remember, if you don't have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all.
